Proven record of accomplishment of leading quality improvement projects from concept to completion (Risk Management, CAPA, Validation, External and Internal Audit, Change Management, Management Review, and Quality Operations) as well as standardization of entire quality management systems.  Experience working in mid to large companies establishing quality systems for innovative technology, while building, managing and growing world class quality operations, from partner/supplier selection to quality testing of finished products.
